10-YEAR WARRANTY ON FRAMES regarding production- and material-defects. Excluded are inappropriate use and accidents. If repairing is not possible and no identical frame is available, we offer the follow-up model. Depending on the model this results in an extra charge (difference between the new and the old frame). WARRENTY ON PARTS depends on the producer (minimum 1 year, KOBA parts 2 years). Please get in touch with your dealer. Excluded are wear and tear parts (tires, rims, bearings, chains, brake pads, chainrings, etc.) as well as inappropriate use and accidents.
